Caroline Clark FRSA
Founder & Chief Coach (and massive space geek 🚀)
Over my 20+ years corporate career I’ve worked with a number of organisations: non profits, local government, charities, startups and enterprises.
In the past 11 years I’ve focused my career within product management and leadership roles in the tech industry. I started out in travel e-commerce, before moving into the health-tech space.
Over this time I’ve brought more than 30 products to market, led functional teams of up to 100 people across product, design, data and engineering, and coached hundreds of people 1:1 and in groups to achieve their goals.
I coach women in STEM (and their teams) to achieve transformational high performance
