What clients say
Rebecca Bradley, Founder
I felt that Caroline instantly understood me and that she spent time investing in and being curious about how I see the world. I felt completely safe with Caroline - I trusted her and there was never any judgement in response to what I was saying. I feel that her interest in me allowed me to delve deeper into me understanding myself and my own values at a level I perhaps wouldn’t have reached without her support.
Treacy Victoria, Founder and Life Coach
During my sessions with Caroline I was able to identify realistic and achievable steps to get me closer to achieving my overall goals. I feel that I have progressed in so many ways and so much quicker having worked with her.
Lucy Withrington, Founder
Caroline is empathetic and skilled at active listening whilst also adept at challenging me when needed so I continue to push myself. I’ve found the sessions incredibly beneficial from an accountability perspective and they are always positive and enjoyable.
Diana Kheti, Head of Product
Caroline pushes me to think in ways that I haven’t before. During sessions this included supporting me to identify and reframe limiting beliefs and to rewrite my goals so they were aligned with my values. I can recall a few key moments when Caroline really helped me ‘hit pause’ to crystallise my thoughts and take control.
Danielle Davis, Product Manager
Caroline has not only helped me to understand the fundamentals of Product, she has been able to coach me through some of challenges that I’ve faced and armed me with the tools to be able to tackle them in the future. Our sessions really made me challenge my thinking (in a positive way) and a lot of what I have learnt, I implement both in and out of work. I left our sessions feeling confident, motivated and ready to ‘crack on’.
Always stay true to yourself and never let what somebody else says distract you from your goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Coaching is a targeted and personalised intervention to support you to achieve your goals.
In traditional coaching, the coach uses a non-directive approach, meaning that they do not provide advice or suggestions. They use open questions to uncover the answers deep within you.
My style of a blend of coaching and mentoring: predominantly non directive but where useful to the client I may use examples and experience from my 10+ years in product management and leadership.
-
You may be familiar with coaches from the world of sport or entrepreneurship. These individuals all want to push themselves to achieve high levels of performance, beyond what they or others may think is possible. They recognise that they cannot get there by themselves alone - they need to work with someone who can unlock their inner potential.
My coaching can help you in similar ways. It’s perfect if you:
Are feeling stuck in your career or life, and unclear how to move forwards
Have missed out on promotion because you are lacking particular skills or qualities
Are lacking support from a manager with strong experience to show you the way
-
Coaching is a talking intervention, and in that respect shares some similarities with therapy and counselling. However, there are many key differences. Therapy and counselling focuses on deep-rooted emotional issues, traumas, or mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on:
What you want to achieve (your goals)
Where you want to get to (your future)
What stops you from achieving your goals (your obstacles)
How you will achieve your outcomes (your action plan).
-
Throughout the coaching engagement you are responsible for the agenda and any actions you identify during the sessions. I am responsible for the coaching process, which means I will check in with you at the start of each session how much you would like to me to challenge you, ask you open questions throughout sessions, and keep you accountable to completing your actions so you can achieve your goals.
-
I offer sessions that are 60 minutes in duration. Typically I meet with clients 1:1 every 2 weeks. It’s important to get into a regular schedule for coaching as it helps to maintain momentum towards achieving your goals.
The average duration of a coaching engagement is 3 months. Whilst I offer pay per session options, I believe clients get the most value when they commit to a minimum of 6 sessions. The success of coaching largely depends on the rapport and trust that is built between client and coach - we have to vibe! Whilst you will make progress in fewer sessions, you will see larger benefits the longer we work together.
-
No two clients are the same, and it’s vital that I understand your unique perspective in order to best support you. That’s why I approach coaching using the phenomenological approach. This approach originates from the work of Jean Paul Sartre (1905-80), and focuses on your subjective experience, exploring its meaning and essence.
This means that I will:
Listen non judgementally, setting aside my own biases and preconceptions
Show curiosity about your own experience
Search for themes in what you tell me, what may be key to unlocking your potential
Raise your self awareness and consciousness around phenomena that you experience
Demonstrate empathy and understanding of your thoughts, emotions, behaviour and experiences
The perspectives that we explore are your relationships to your self, others around you and your surrounding context.
-
Psychological safety is vital during coaching. To enable that, everything you tell me is treated confidentially. This means that I do not share details of your coaching sessions with others, including but not limited to your partner, friends and family, your manager, or your company. It is your choice if you wish to share details of your coaching sessions with other people.
As a member of the International Coaching Federation I am bound to follow their Code of Ethics. This outlines that there are very limited exceptional circumstances where confidentiality may be broken, such as where I believe you are at risk of harm to yourself or others.
-
Coaching is an unregulated industry, which means that anybody can call themselves a coach without qualification or accreditation. This is nuts! I believe in holding myself to higher standards so I can best support my clients, which means I am committed to continuous professional development and accreditation with professional bodies.
I am a certified Personal Performance Coach with The Coaching Academy (graduated 2014).
I’m currently studying the Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching also with The Coaching Academy, which fulfils the education component of becoming an ICF Accredited Coach (expected completion summer 2024). I am alsoa current member of the ICF.
Alongside this, I’m studying BSc Psychology with the Open University (expected completion 2026).
I regularly seek coaching supervision to ensure that my coaching practice meets high ethical and professional standards.

First of all, it’s ok to feel how you are feeling. If we have started a coaching engagement then please let me know as soon as possible if you feel coaching isn’t working for you. I care about what is best for my clients so always put your best interests first.
If you have self funded sessions then you may be entitled to a refund on future sessions if already paid. If your company has funded your coaching sessions then we will need to discuss ending the engagement early with your company.
