Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades building products, leading cross-functional teams, and navigating the politics of male-dominated industries - first in housing and construction, later in tech.

I’ve launched 30+ products, led teams of up to 100 people, and held senior roles across startups, charities, government, and more mature tech companies.

But the work that drives me now is coaching Product leaders who are navigating the chaos of working in tech, so they lead with courage.
