Caroline Clark
Coaching Psychologist, Product Leader, and massive space geek 🚀
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades building products, leading cross-functional teams, and navigating the politics of male-dominated industries - first in housing and construction, later in tech. I’ve launched 30+ products, led teams of up to 100 people, and held senior roles across startups, charities, government, and more mature tech companies.
But the work that drives me now is coaching ambitious women in product to lead with impact, without burning out or selling themselves short.
I believe your leadership doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s to be effective. You can learn to navigate systems that weren’t built for you and use your influence to make them fairer. And midlife isn’t a crisis: it’s your power move.
As a coaching psychologist, I bring evidence-based tools, real-world product leadership experience and a clear point of view. This work goes deeper than surface-level mindset hacks. It’s about rebuilding confidence, ambition and strategy in a way that works for you.
If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to work with you.
