Ready for your next step in product leadership?

You know you’re capable, but stepping into leadership can feel daunting.

Working with me, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and the skills to lead with impact.

Why is product leadership so hard?

Leadership in product isn't just about knowing the craft - it's about navigating the bigger picture, which is ambiguous and constantly changing.

Many women in product leadership face challenges like:

Struggling to step back from the details and think strategically.

Balancing supporting your team with holding them accountable.

Doubting your ability to lead with confidence and authority.

Questioning whether you’re truly ready for leadership.

Navigating politics that make it harder to get things done.

Wondering what’s next for your career, with no clear path.

“We should push forward, not only our individual boundaries, but also the boundaries of what humans believe is possible.”

- Helen Sharman, first British Astronaut in space.

Leadership is about navigating uncertainty and embracing change.

It’s a dynamic, social process that shapes both your actions and your identity.

Own Your Leadership focuses on 6 key leadership competencies across 3 key relationships: self, others and context.

Your relationship to your ‘self’

This is all about confidence, self-belief, and taking action despite uncertainty. You have to start here before you can progress to the other relationships.

Your relationship to others

Relationships with others must be built on trust and psychological safety, which is underpinned by the way you navigate power relations.

Your relationship to your context

This relationship is about adapting to change, making decisions under uncertainty, and leading within your environment.

The programme is structured to spend a session going deep into each of these areas, and relating them to your strengths, skills and experience. Together we find ways to help you grow as a leader, in a way that feels authentic and ethical.

Client Testimonials

I felt that Caroline instantly understood me and that she spent time investing in and being curious about how I see the world. I felt completely safe with Caroline - I trusted her and there was never any judgement in response to what I was saying. I feel that her interest in me allowed me to delve deeper into me understanding myself and my own values at a level I perhaps wouldn’t have reached without her support.

Rebecca Bradley, Founder

Caroline is an incredibly knowledgeable and effective coach, particularly in leadership. Her exceptional listening skills and empathetic approach made each session highly productive. Caroline is a natural coach, but what makes her invaluable is her extensive experience as a product leader. This enormous experience makes her sessions incredibly powerful, providing valuable frameworks and unlocking insights that boosted my confidence and clarity in navigating professional challenges.

Elena Hauerhof, Head of Product

Diana Kheti, Head of Product

Caroline pushes me to think in ways that I haven’t before. During sessions this included supporting me to identify and reframe limiting beliefs and to rewrite my goals so they were aligned with my values. I can recall a few key moments when Caroline really helped me ‘hit pause’ to crystallise my thoughts and take control.

Erica Day, Fractional CPO

Caroline helped me establish an achievable, inspiring goal which aligns with my values. Just as importantly, she helped me set action plans each week so that I made significant progress towards the goal (and continue to do so). I felt Caroline really understood what I needed and I appreciate that she guided me to my own solutions rather than telling me what to do.
